Pricing questions
- How long is the free trial?
- 30 days with every feature of the Firm plan, and no card needed. Your data stays if you choose a plan.
- Are prices with or without GST?
- Prices are per year, before GST. We issue a GST invoice for every payment.
- How do we pay?
- Online through Razorpay: UPI, cards or net banking. Plans are paid yearly and don't renew automatically.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Choose a plan and pay online to continue. If you don't, the account becomes read-only: nothing is deleted, and you can still export your data.
- Can we change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrades are charged only for the days left in your year. A smaller plan takes effect at renewal.
- Do you refund?
- If FirmSaathi isn't right for you, we refund your first payment in full within 7 days. See the cancellation and refund policy.
